SUKAClean-GR/C, a blend of bacteria and enzymes, is used for degradation of grease, which would solve the problems of pipeline obstruction caused by organic grease for kitchen, restaurant, hotel, meat and food processing plants.
The bacteria are natural, not genetically-engineered. The enzyme concentration is the most powerful on the market. SUKAClean-GR/C is non-poisonous. It does not attack inorganic materials, like plastic, rubber and metal, only for organic wastes like grease, food particles. It creates no heat, no fumes, no boiling. This makes SUKAClean-GR/C safe for people, plumbing and the environment.

Maintenance Period Treatment
Usually, a given amount of the product needs to be supplemented in the maintenance period of grease separation equipment
Usually we need to check if the PH value of grease separation equipment is close to neutral or not every week at the first month. Then add some amount of the product. Operations as follows: shut down the basin outlet, and discharge the mixture of the product and warm water out of the system.

• Application area

  This product react on organic wastes such as grease, food residues, hair, wastepaper, blood, cotton material, plastic, etc. while it can not degrade inorganic substance such as plastics, rubber and metal, etc. Main application fields Grease degradation, municipal engineering, river silting removal, sewage/wastewater treatment, kitchen cleaning, drainage, and sewer line dredging. • Grease Degrading

  A large amount of money will be needed in the maintenance of catering industry and the cleaning process of grease separation equipment. As a kind of microbial product containing active enzyme, SUKAClean GR/C can effectively degrade oil and grease and avoid blockage of kitchen pipeline and drain pipe leaded by organic oil and grease, as well as reduce frequent pumping.

• Pre-treatment

  It is better to comply with the guideline that no new waste should flow into grease separation equipment for several hours after SUKAClean GR/C added in.

• Add Method

  1) If the grease thickness is more than or equal to 2.5cm, these grease must be cleared out first. Then add some water into the collector, mix the product with water according to the recommended dosage, soak, churn, finally pour the mixture into grease separation equipment. 2) If the grease thickness is less than 2.5cm, PH value should be checked first. If the PH value is between 6.5and7.5, the dosage should comply with the recommended dosage of pre-treatment period. If PH value is less than 6.5, please add after PH value is modified to approximate 7.0.

• Pipeline Degrading

  SUKAClean GR/C is the only product which can take precautions against organic clotting block and solve odor problems when refer to pipeline treatment. The product is environment friendly and safe, and can solve pipe problems thoroughly, for example, degrade all the organic wastes, solve problems related to pipe blockage, odor and organic pollution, etc. Besides, SUKAClean GR/C has the features of easy operation, safe and non-toxic, totally with no harm to human body. • Pre-treatment

  It is better to add this product in bedtime when the pipeline will not be used for 6-8 hours, so there will be enough time for SUKAClean GR/C to react. If the pipeline is still not smoothly enough after 5 continuous days of adding SUKAClean GR/C, delay several days before going into maintenance period. Add 10 grams each week during maintenance period.

• Dosage and Cautions:

  According to the pipe diameter, every inch (2.54 cm) add 10 grams of this product, and dilute with half litre water; If the pipe is completely blocked, clear the pipe with cable wire. If still blocked, add 10 grams of the product and half liter water every day till the bacteria dredge the blocked pipe. This process might be longer than the per-treatment stage, but much better than changing the pipe; Once this product is used no other product should be applied at the same time; Treat the drain pipe before deal with the toilet; For high-rise building, treat from the bottom floor, five days for each floor, floor by floor till the top. For pipes with diameter more than 10 inches (25.4cm), twice the dosage. The pipeline will be improved within one to three weeks. During this period, large garbage may jam the pipe, which could be solved manually. Please be aware that we should not doubt the product efficiency as it is the normal process in clearing the blockage. In this way, second time jams could be prevented after a period of treatment. The process of degrading hair is comparatively slow, and easy to lead to blockage. Some blockages need to be cleared everyday for 30 to 60 days. The better way, move away the blockage or keep long-term treatment; and further treatment to the hair is needed during regular maintenance.
